Jake Perry

Jake Perry is the manager of the Porch Light Branch. He has been in home lending since 2004.
After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, Jake spent 13 years working in the mortgage industry before coming to Fairway in 2017. He lives in Richardson, Texas, with his daughter and wife, Amy. Jake loves traveling with his family and enjoys working for Fairway because he is passionate about helping people get the home they have always wanted, and guiding his team towards personal and professional success.
Ashlee Wilburn

Ashlee Wilburn has been providing financial services and advice to clients since 2008. She has worked in many aspects of the field, in personal and business banking, as a financial advisor, and a mortgage loan originator.
Her passion for helping people is what led her to a career in the mortgage industry. Ashlee’s success as a mortgage loan officer comes from building relationships with her clients by putting their needs first.
She believes in clear communication and tries to make the loan process as stress-free as possible for them. Since 2015 Ashlee has received several awards recognizing her excellence.
When she’s not assisting her clients to achieve the American Dream, she enjoys spending time with her tight-knit family, which includes her husband Andy, and her two young daughters Brooklyn and Kennedy.

Bryan Cowan

Bryan Cowan is a big part of what makes the Porch Light Branch what it is today, as he started working at Porch Light after just a few months following the opening of the branch.
Bryan takes his time to understand his client’s whole financial picture, and his advice is based on their short and long-term goals. Bryan spends time with each client, either in his office or through a virtual meeting, to walk with them every step of the process and to ensure his borrowers have clarity around making their educated decision.
Bryan and Jake both went to Desoto High School and already knew one another before Jake opened Fairway’s Porch Light Branch in 2017. Bryan graduated in 2008 from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Finance. Having a degree in Finance from a top-tier public university allows Bryan to match his people skills with a knowledge of the loan process. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.
Dane Meredith
Loan Officer Assistant
Dane recently received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas and is eager to learn about the mortgage business. He’s brought his energy to the branch, and we are happy to have him as one of our loan officer assistants. Dane was born and raised in Arkansas and moved here the Summer of 2020, so feel free to give him a Texas welcome!
Amy Perry
Branch Marketing Coordinator
Amy started working in the mortgage industry in 2017 when she was staying at home with her and Jake’s infant daughter. Her previous experience teaching became a foundation to her current role as branch marketing coordinator and gives her a unique perspective. She strives to remain teachable and loves to read. Jake and Amy have been married since 2013 and their daughter was born in 2015.
